Yes. Navigation, lane guidance, speed limits, the camera and hazard layers, Scout reports, essential OBD scanning, the garage, documents and CarPlay widgets are free. None of them needs an account. Pelican+ is an optional membership. It adds trip logging, offline maps, unlimited OBD scanning and more.

Pelican+ is an optional membership with trip logging, offline maps, unlimited OBD scanning and tools to explore your car’s data. It also includes The Fog, range estimates with The Danger Zone, Live Activities and Rearview, your year in driving.
Subscribe monthly, quarterly, every six months or yearly, with a two-week free trial. Subscriptions include Connected Accounts. Pelican+ Lifetime is a one-time purchase; Connected Accounts requires a separate subscription.
